- Teams race in a relay format.
- Two-person teams; each member of the team must complete any three stages.
- Three-person teams; each member of the team must complete any two stages.
- Change over can only take place in Transition Areas.
- GPS Tracker must be exchanged during change over.
- Prior to the event, team captains will complete a form to indicate which team member is assigned to each stage.
- Crew and awaiting team members can follow the live online tracker and anticipate the arrival of your teammate.
- All team members can join their runner for the final 1km of Stage 6, crossing the finish line together!
